Is there a way to make it operate intermittently without pushing the button?

YES! I just tape down the button on the controller. The machine will run and release all the smoke it can, then shuts off. Once it makes more fog, it just kicks on again. Works great.

Does it have factory warranty?

Not sure about the factory, but Amazon will not take it back more than 30 days after delivery.

Can i use it with 110v and 220v?

This is set up with a 110 standard plug.
