Q: Is this made in the USA?

No, I received mine today and China is marked right on the blade. I will be returning and buying an American made knife.

Q: The tip of this knife broke off as i was trying to get a broken key from a lock. Is there a warranty?

There shouldn't be a warranty for using a knife as a pry bar or screw driver tbh

Q: Can you tell me how durable the blue coating is? After a year or two of use, will this become scratched, or wear thin?

Mine didn't. I've had mine a couple years, finish still looks like it always has. Sharpening the blade will expose the finish there to scratches and stuff, but I've been sharpening mine with a small steel, and haven't marred the finish there yet.
