From the looks of this knife I would think it has a liner lock piece of metal that springs over when blade opens. Look into where the blade goes probably piece of metal touching behind open blade slide piece of metal it left so blade may pass by and close this is done by placing thumb on piece behind blade and pushing to left carefully closing blade when thumb is out of way.

Q: Where can i get parts?

Parts would cost more than buying a new knife. The only place to get parts is probably the manufacturer.
