Yes its original. And very good also. It cleans specs and goggles without even needing any cleaning liquid. Its quite expensive though. Could be a little cheaper. But its a big one so can use for various lens.

Can these be used to clean hearing aids?

The paper quality is good and and it is thin enough but it is not wet enough to clean, you'll have to put some colin on it. So the purpose of this cleaning is not done individually.
