Was advised by cardio nurse to see my Dr about low iron count and being genaerally run down. With the current difficulty in getting to see a doctor I thought I would try these as an interim solution until I could get an appointment. No need to see doctor, these work, I feel so much better with the effects taking about a week to kick in fully, can’t recommend them enough.

I am a regular blood donor, so i was horrified when I went to a session and failed the blood test! I was advised that I needed to get my iron levels up, which surprised me as my diet includes a lot of fruit and vegetables and generally I eat pretty healthily.
