Q: How much coffee is required to brew 16 cups? Which grind do you use?

We recommend 2-4 cups of a course grind and then adjust accordingly based on the strength you prefer.

Hi Jason. thank you for your interest in the Original Grind Coffee Co. Cold Brew Coffee maker. Yes, it does come with instructions as well as a cleaning brush to clean the filter. Use soap and warm water when cleaning the glass mason jar and all stainless steel materials. I hope you enjoy!

Q: How long can cold brew be stored at room temperature? I don't have much space in the refridgerator

We do not recommend storing the cold brew outside of your refidgerator.

Q: Do you fill the container with water first then merge the filter (with coffee)? or do you pour water through the filter? Im confused as ive seen both

Place the filter with the grinds in the empty jug, and then pour the water over the grinds.
