Q: The picture of the package says, "available only from your veterinarian." So why is it available on Amazon?

I haven’t seen the Advanced Dasuquin via Amazon. I get them through my vet. The Advanced is the best formula, in my case for large dogs

Q: If these are the same as the ones you get at the vet, then why is the patent numbers different ?

I purchased mine from my vet and it does not say advanced on the package. Don't fall for that. I trust my vet completely and was told I can get them from Amazon less expensively.
