These are very sturdy hooks that work well. I was skeptical for the price, but I needed at least 20 hooks, so gave them a try. I never thought I would come close to using all 50. I only bought them about 6 weeks ago, but they are so well made that I have been replacing all of the swivel hooks that I had previously had in the yard and putting other items on the hooks that I would not have thought of doing if I didn't have these. I have some bird feeders that hold a couple of pounds of seed. The hook has held up most of the summer until something large, I'm guessing bear cub from size of prints, went after the bird seed. The hook and swivel didn't break, it was the little loop in between that did. Prior to that I had seem several large birds, dove size on the feeder at the same time along with the 2 pounds of seed and it held up just fine. I have since put a new hook and everything is back to normal. Now I just need to keep the cub away.I will buy these again.
