Mybite Sweet Zzzz Chocolate Supplement, 60 Bites, Melatonin and L-Theanine to Support a Restful Night’s Sleep

I give these to my grandmother to help her sleep at night. I only use them once or twice a week but they give us a few hours of rest.

Although these tasted good I didn’t find these to work as well as other melatonin supplements for sleep and relaxation.

These are great. Taste wonderful.I wish they were individually wrapped cause this is the 2nd my-bites I have gotten & they're all stuck together. Sad.

These sleeping ones are a game changer! They help you fall asleep easily but more importantly (at least for me) they make it so your able to wake up when needed and still go back to sleep. I have three kids age 9,6,2 and I take these nightly and can still wake up to help with nightmares, or bathroom runs like a functioning human and then go right back to sleep and wake up in the morning feeling refreshed.Not to mention how wonderfully these were packaged which included an ice pack to keep them from melting or softening in the heat during transport.

I love these! It is like a treat every night! I take one 30 mins before I turn in and they help me to relax and sleep. Delicious flavor and great value for the money!

I take one after my baby wakes me in the middle of the night. I'm exhausted when I first go to sleep so I don't need them then but I was having a hard time falling asleep after getting a few hours. I find these help me get back to sleep fast but don't leave me feeling groggy when I wake up a few hours later.

These are the best they help my very active child settle down and get a good nights sleep. He seems so much calmer and happy since he’s been using these. We’ve tried others but it was always a struggle because of the taste with mybite he’s actually glad to eat one because they’re so good. I have terrible insomnia myself and these have helped me get much needed rest.

Carmel flavor, good taste. I don't know if they necessarily put me to sleep, but it does seem to help me relax before bed.
