Great iron
The only reason I give it 4/5 is bc of what a lot of people have also said. It curls well, but you may hit the power button while using it. That part is a little annoying, but certainly not a first world problem...:)

Not blaming Andis but the seller for bad review
I bought this product at the end of August and right on cue after the time had passed that I could return it it stopped working. I called Andis first but then realized I had also purchased a hair dryer direct from them around the same time (I've had one of their hair dryers that I really like for years). The customer service rep said I could send it back to them for a replacement even though I bought it thru Amazon but would have to pay for shipping. I said it really wasn't worth it because the shipping cost would probably be half the cost of the curling iron plus it's a hassle since the box is long gone, etc. So she offered to send me a shipping label which was very decent of her. I don't know who is really to blame for this faulty product, but I don't think 30 days is nearly long enough for being able to return any electronic product considering how shoddily things are made these days.
