it luggage Lustrous Lightweight Expandable Spinner Wheels, Aubergine, 3-Piece Set (22/28/32)

I like the quality of the softside material, looks elegant and the spinners works great, really light weighted. The only con is that the handle is not tough enough, you can feel it bend, but still resistant. It's only been used for 2 trips as checked in luggage, no issues until now. I like it.

I've had another one just like that from "it" for yeeears and after many, many (airplane) travels one of the wheels broke. Still useable but was time to update my luggage anyway. What I love about these suitcases is that they are truly superlightweight and are really sturdy, which you wouldn't expect. Expands since it's not a hardshell, love that it has four spinning wheels, ... I'd buy these over and over again.

Looks good and think will work well. Have not been able to trav l because of COVID but will be ready when time comes.

I travel a lot for work and I need a light carry on bag. Previously I used a light fabric bag, but this bag is by far superior. It rolls better and is Ultra light. The bags inside is basic which works for me. I don't need all those pockets and things that add more weight.

Luggage is lightweight which is why I purchased it. But I’ll be returning it because, when loaded it does not roll alongside, it has a tendency to twist. The material on the exterior looks like it would not hold up while traveling.

My wife and I have owned 8 pieces of IT soft sided luggage. I purchased a 28 inch Lustrous 15 months ago. It is light weight, soft sided, with expansion, excellent handles, good wheels and quality zippers that are easy to open and close. I loved it. So when I had the opportunity to buy the Lustrous 3 piece set of 22/28/32, I did.Unfortunately, they have made substantial changes to the product yet kept the same model name. On this Lustrous, the shape of the zipper pulls make it difficult to grab the pull and to open and close the zipper easily. The shape of the zipper pulls make it very difficult to pull the zipper pull in the line of the zipper. We also own an IT “Expectant” with a lock, but the zipper pulls on that one do not make opening or closing the zipper difficult.The most important part of a piece of luggage for me is the handle. The handles on the old Lustrous and the two IT Duo-Tones we own are perfect. The handles are not too wide and have lots of quality cushioning. My hands are average size. I am 5”7” tall. Unfortunately, they changed the handles on this Lustrous, making them far too wide with little cushioning. Probably to make the case smaller to fit in a smaller box to save on shipping cost. If this is true for other medels, we will not be able to buy another IT suitcase.If they are going to make substantial changes, then they should change the name. Therefore, I have returned this Lustrous set and we'll start again looking for light weight soft sided luggage with expansion, excellent handles, good wheels and quality zippers that are easy to open and close.Note to IT luggage: Customers are smart. They will reject your products if you lower quality. They will return inferior products just as we have done here.

Overall good product. The material is very good quality.
