Works great, but for me, may not be worth switching from using EV olive oil
I have been using this on my saw blades, drill bits, gravers and chasing tools. It really works as far as lubricating cutting tools and extending the life of each tool, but when I realized I could use EV olive oil for the same purpose, I was thrilled. That said, this lasts a lot longer than olive oil does when you are using it as a lubricant. If you're working wet (with water to cool things down) it stays on your tool much longer than olive oil or butter would.I am certainly going to use the rest of the tube, but I am torn between reordering. Because I coat and store all my cutting tools (except saw blades) in oil soaked rags to prevent rusting, I don't know if for me it is worth switching to this product full time.It definitely performs as well as or better than expected, and I would recommend it to anyone that is experience a lot of blade snapping while sawing sterling or gold.

It really works!
You can feel the difference this makes when using a jewelers saw and each application uses so little of it that a container could last years.

Makes my jewelry work easier and protects my tools!
It works very well, though my tube is a bit crumbly and so there is a bit of waste. I'm not sure if this crumbly texture is normal or if the product is slightly dried out- even so it works well and makes a difference when filing/cutting my jewelry metals- saving unnecessary wear on my good quality files and saws and making the job much easier- it just glides with the Cut Lube. I would buy again, but I will find out if the crumbly texture is normal.

Very nice lubricant
Workers really nice it is harder than what I expected as I was thinking sort of like chapstick consistency. It coats my bits and burs and has improved my work speed a bit as I'm not so scared of breaking burs now. I needed something to do during quarantine and I have found myself wood working more than normally. Nice job seller and company I will definitely be buying more next time I need lube.

It's alright
It does help reduce blade breakage with my jeweler's saw, however it does not stay on very well and needs lots of reapplication.

It's flaky, but works great
just rub the work or run the saw blade through the lube and the flakiness of it won't matter. The whole cylinder slides like a push-pop, so it's quite convenient.I use it on #5/0 and #6/0 (ultra fine) jeweler's saw blades set into a jigsaw, and this stuff increases the blade's lifespan literally tenfold.

Works fine
I use this for cutting pearl (I’m a luthier) and it works great. There were some saying to was too dry, and it is kinda weird consistency, but works fine. Makes cutting way easier. Helps the blade glide.

Decent Performance with Room for Improvement: My Experience with Cut Lube Jewelers Lubricant
As a jewelry and crafts business owner, I rely heavily on precision tools and equipment to bring my designs to life. Recently, I decided to try out Cut Lube Jewelers Lubricant in my workshop to enhance the performance of my cutting tools and improve overall workflow. Here's my honest assessment of its effectiveness:Upon initial use, I found the Cut Lube Jewelers Lubricant to be a convenient and easy-to-use product. Its compact size of 2 5/8" makes it portable and suitable for storing in my workspace without taking up too much room. The packaging is simple and straightforward, which I appreciate as it allows for quick and hassle-free application. In terms of performance, the lubricant does provide some improvement in the cutting process. It helps to reduce friction and heat buildup when using cutting tools such as saws and drills, resulting in smoother cuts and less wear on the tools themselves. This has been particularly noticeable when working with harder materials or making intricate cuts that require precision and finesse. However, I have also encountered some limitations with the Cut Lube Jewelers Lubricant during my usage. While it does offer some improvement in cutting performance, I found that its effectiveness diminishes over time, requiring frequent reapplication to maintain optimal results. Additionally, the lubricant tends to leave behind a slightly greasy residue on the workpiece, which can be undesirable, especially when working with materials that require a clean finish.Furthermore, I have observed that the lubricant's performance varies depending on the type of material being cut and the specific cutting application. While it works reasonably well for general-purpose cutting tasks, it may not provide the same level of effectiveness for more specialized applications or with certain materials.Overall, I would consider Cut Lube Jewelers Lubricant to be a decent option for lubricating cutting tools in a jewelry and crafts workshop. It offers some improvement in cutting performance and helps to prolong the life of tools, but it falls short in terms of long-lasting effectiveness and may leave behind residue on workpieces. For those seeking a basic and affordable lubricant for general cutting tasks, it could be worth considering, but for more demanding applications, alternative lubricants may be more suitable.
