Best of Carl Perkins (Guitar Recorded Versions) Sheet music – March 1, 2009

I just started working through the Songs in this Book, and had previously learned 4 Carl Perkins Songs from another Book, and just by listening to the Recording, and figuring out the Songs. So far the Book has been helpful with learning the Songs, and Guitar Parts quickly.

Very good book featuring the early songs of the late great Carl Perkins. Ive had a blast working out the riffs and solos in this book, which is very spot on to the original recordings. To me, Carl was a very underrated guitar player. Im sure everyone knows about his influence on George Harrison. If you like Rockabilly you will love this book! I wish they had at least put a little introduction about the songs and his style. If you can read tab you can work these songs out and enjoy playing them. Keep picking and rock on!
