I was happy to have found this product on Amazon. It is a product that I keep in our home. It is gentle enough to use every day. It is a natural stimulate that will not be painful or too powerful! It is great that they come in 2 pack size. I will definitely buy this again from MODERN PRODUCTS.Great product!

I depend on Swiss Kriss to help when feeling irregular, works quickly and painlessly. I'm a little upset for I need to reorder and I see the tablets are no longer listed anywhere on amazon-(

I have been using this product for many years as has my sister, and have never been disappointed. You will have to figure out the right dosage for you. I normally take 2 for daily usage, 3 if I need to make sure, but in that case I need to time it with where I will be in 8-10 hours. Be warned. I have lately realized that I likely have had a Magnesium deficiency and now that I take 500mg magnesium supplements, I have not needed them. You should perhaps determine if Magnesium deficiency is your problem too because it affects so many other functions of your body. If that is not the problem, then these do the job well

Best product for opiate caused constipation (or constipation in general) on the market except for MiraLAX, which is essentially antifreeze (polyethylene glycol) which is a known poison for neurological, cardiac and kidney function.We have not experienced any side effects. MiraLAX can kill you.This obscure product is excellent and is a puzzle why it is not better known.

I have used this a long time. With the product the rate of food passing through the gut can be controlled to within a few hours. Not gassy, not awful tasting. It provides both absorption of water into the gut and a stimulant to get the gut to move.
