Full Spectrum Milk Thistle 500 mg 100 Caps

I take these occasionally after nights out where maybe a couple too many beers/shots are consumed. The science is there these are supposed to help the liver, but who really knows... Overall cheap insurance and they seem like decent quality.

I just started taking this brand but the one thing I notice right away is they dont make me sick to my stomach as many other variety & brands of Milk Thistles Ive tried have. The price is great too. The capsule size is large but bearable.

This was recommend by many of my friends so tried it. It has no taste when you consume it as directed. Milk thistle works for many purposes. Educate yourself before taking supplements

My doctor recommended, I take milk thistle while recovering from mono. Mono can cause liver inflammation and apparently milk thistle can help bring down that inflammation. I never heard of the stuff before, so when she said it, I did not know what to look for. I did my extensive research on all products, and I ended up choosing this product. Well, it does its job. My inflammation went way down after 3 days of taking this product. I only take 2 a day as well. I didn't want to take more than that. If you're suffering from mono or have suffered from mono in the last year or so, I would HIGHLY recommend taking this.Here is what I don't like about it: I don't understand why companies continue to put extra crap in their pills. The same thing goes for these. Although, this stuff is not necessarily bad for you, there is no reason it should be in the pills. There are other products, although MUCH more expensive that work just as well with no added ingredients.

Reasonably priced and received the product very quickly.my doctor recommended 1gram and it was easy to to fulfill my needs.no side ,and easy to swallow.

It is the best of any Milk Thistle product I've tried before. Swanson is a great company.
