Easy installation

This is a great heavy bag swivel. I have had others in the past that tend to "groan" when under pressure. This did not groan whatsoever. This mount provides great movement for my bag as well. The bag I installed was about 250 pounds.

Definitely a decent option for hanging punching bags or other heavy objects bolts given are solid and not super cheap

Very easy to install, needed one that fit on a 2x for a chair hammock. I'm 170 and there is no give, my son is 80-85lbs and, even when told not to, uses it like a swing. For now, it has not loosened nor has the 2x8 split.

Just as described. Used then to hang gymnastics rings from the ceiling in our gym. Awesome!

Easy to use and install

The media could not be loaded. This bracket was purchased two different times by my family. We bought one to hang our punching bag and we bought another to attach a swing to our basement living room. The one that attaches to our punching bag works great because there isn't as much swinging and movement and we haven't had any difficulties. We have had it for about 6 months. The one that we have attached to the ceiling in our living room for our round swing is holding up very well but the spinning aspect is jarring, it gets stuck, and it sounds like metal on metal which makes me cringe every time, like nails on a chalkboard. It waits until there is enough tension to spin and the cord gets spun up and wrapped up in itself when my children are trying to spin and it's kind of awful.I worry about the longevity of the one for the swing and it's durably.

Extremely well made! We used them to hang our very heavy porch swing- we spend a lot of time in this swing, and they have worked great!
