Works great. Ignore reviews stating that you can't program this remote. This remote isn't ment to be programed. It is ment to be a replacement remote for TV models listed in the description. Look on the back of your TV near where you plug in your HDMI cord and you will find your TV's model number. As long as your TV is listed all you have to do is add 2 AAA Batteries and it will work. Again this remote isn't ment to be programed, it is a replacement.

This is the exact remote that came with our TV. Works great but the only problem is it didn't come with batteries. Overall very pleased!

This remote control is a scam! There is no way to program it. We were in the middle of moving and we're unable to get to the return location before the deadline and are now stuck with an expensive reminder of how the system can fail you if life gets out of control. We have one remote control and one useless tv because there is no way to run it without a remote control. We thought that we got there in time but the dates on the refund changed and we were one day late. There is no way to contact the company for a refund or instructions or a replacement universal remote. This was a HUGE regretful purchase and an expensive mistake. Do not purchase. It will make you wish you didn't shop online

This is exactly what I wanted a replacement tv remote for my 4k hisense tv, I got it so I could play my ps4 in 4k cuz you can't change the TVs settings without a remote and this remote does everything it should

This does not come with instructions on how to program your remote! And there’s no YouTube or google video to show you how to use it!!It’s a rip off.I only gave it one star because there was no other option.
