Your first thought is... this is going to break in half. They feel flimsy and not too terribly well made. But I have to say, none have broken yet. Feeling in your hand is not as important as scratching the places you cant reach. They work good there. I definately would not get these as a gift unless you want to insult the person you are giving them to. If someone gave these to me, I would swear they got them from a dollar store on the clearance rack. They really are good at scratching your back. Its just more like driving a $10K entry line vehicle. You will get where youre going, you will just lack any sort of style along the way. They are worth the money. But I wouldnt pay over $10 for them.

I bought this gift for my boyfriend. He was always telling .e to scratch his back so as a cute joke, I bought this for his birthday. At first he kind of laughed it off but then he started using it and now he can't live without it. He honestly told me it was one of the best gifts I've giving him. It's worth the money. It's been three years and he still uses it.

Mums gotten me all kinds of back scratchers as stocking stuffers throughout the years. Usually they come from Ace Hardware or Target. They all end up spinning to easy or seperating st the clips that hold the telescoping arm. These are stiffer than any I’ve had. Also the little designs on the heads themselves are quite nice.

Though MAYBE that is not enough????? For you veterans of the Meme War of 2016 (#HarambeFirstDivision) and you need to dislodge e-shrapnel from your back that hit a nerve cluster that leaves you dead inside! I present the BEAR CLAW (Ferocious Roar with Explosions), powerful enough to rend any sense of humanity left in your dead inside carcass, leaving behind a fully satisfied beast of HEDONISM!!!These back scratchers deserve an overall rating of OVER 9000!!!!!Seriously though, these are really awesome, and a great buy for the money!

These are cleverly made back scratchers and nicely made. They telescope out to help reach those places hard to reach. But be careful, they are made of metal and the ends are pointed and can cause harm to the uncovered skin. Only use over your clothes or you may end up with a bloody back.Personally, I use the rake designed one which is the longest to reach a light switch my short reach cannot get to 😉!

While I knew these would come in handy, I didn't expect to *love* them (which I totally do). They're well-made, and sturdy even when fully extended. The "heads" don't rotate at all, so they scratch exactly where you want them to, and it's easy to use as much or as little pressure as you want. The different shapes are great too. The bear claw is my favorite for my back, while the eagle claw is perfect for any itches I may have when my hair's up (without messing it up) and my dog. The rake is my least favorite, but to each their own. [Update: rake is now my fav, eagle's #3]If you're single or travel a lot these are a must have. No more rubbing up against a door jamb (like a bear uses a tree in the woods) trying to reach That Spot, or using the ends of pens, screwdrivers, kitchen shears, etc.
