OK this vacuum is indeed lightweight....has 4 settings for height adjustment but is very particular on what will do the best job on the floor ....I found after going thru settings that 2 works best for hardwood (setting#1 was so low the vacuum was laboring immediately as it was sucking onto the floor!) It also came with a one year extended warranty if you register it ...problem was you can't find where to register it as their instructions are BS.All in all it;s appearance is cheap with alot of plastic, cleaning the colector is just ok as you have to take two filters apart to achieve good cleaning.Would probably return if I didn't have to pay shipping (I live in Hawaii) but will bitr the bullet and hope that it lasts! My roommate sucks up everything and I use this vacuum to clean up.I enjoy using this vacuum to clean up because it works very well

Hose ripped apart from plastic piece; heats up and turns off; clean it and restart...turns off again after a few more minutes.Biggest waste of money EVER! Of course it's too late to return...I got it Nov. 2019, used it twice before having problems...hose ripped in January and duct tape isn't holding it any more.

Mine stopped working on its own.Will not start.Zero customer service.None.

I dislike everything about it it's the worst vacuum cleaner ever the heaviest vacuum cleaner

Very strong powerful and lightweight.

I used this vacuum a total of 7 times and it all of a sudden shut off. Then I had to wait for it to cool off before I could use it for like three minutes then it would shut off again. The vendor has sent me a new one. Let’s see how this one does.
