Evie Crossbody Handbag Purse

I have owed this exact purse for 2 years that I had bought at a local store. I liked it a lot so I ordered this purse to replace my old one which was just starting to look shabby. When I first received it the only difference I noticed from my old purse was a metal brand tag on the front, versus a gold ink brand stamp in the pleather of the new purse. Other than the branding on the outside they were identical. After using my new purse for a week I had a little stitching around the lower outside pocket come undone which seemed ok. Then the zipper on that pocket ripped away from the zipper fabric it was attached to and the zipper on the end with the loose stitching started to come out. I don’t know if it just had a defective zipper or if it is a “relic” brand knock off. I returned the purse for a refund because the zipper broke and came off the pocket in the first week of use.

I really like this bag, have purchased other colors in fact, however the zipper has broken on two of my bags. Very frustrating! I love the roominess without the bulky feeling and feel it is very comfortable and easy to find my items. I am just sad that the zipper has broken (the top one and then the middle zipper on another bag) and not from me pulling on the zippers either, just everyday use. I don't overfill my bag (back issues so I try to keep my bags light) so I am sad about this. I still gave it four stars as I really do like this bag, just not happy with the zippers. I might see if someone can replace the zippers for me, if I can find anyone.

The strap came undone after short time of use. The stitching came right out. I just carry a wallet, a pocket calendar, chapstick, and my cell phone. Very light weight. I've bought these purses from Kohl's and never had a problem. Disappointed.

I bought the purse and carried it every day for about a month. the thread that fastens the front zipper came undone or broke away from zipper. The zipper is separating from the purse...and wont zip completely now. this was not a cheap purse and I am very dissatisfied. I wasn't going to bother with commenting. I spent time taking this purse to a tailor and a shoe repairman - neither can help me. I take care of my things so I know I did not overload this purse or abuse it. what are my options now?

UPDATE: I purchased this purse in October. Did not start carrying it until December. It is January and the main zipper has started to come apart from the seams already. I still love these purses but I am so disappointed that this is no longer usable and I am unable to return it.This is my second purchase of this purse. (If you love it, buy it in every color sort of thing.) I absolutely love this purse! It is extremely well made, has just enough room for what I need without being bulky and can be adjusted to wear as a cross-body. Highly recommend!

It's a nice looking bag but it is NOT the one in the picture. I specifically chose to purchase this bag because I liked the detail of the metal name plate. The one I received had Relic lightly printed at the bottom which will probably get scraped off in no time. The c is barely on there. I may be sending it back.

The size (medium), feel (soft leather once you break it in after a couple of uses), and look (beautiful, light grey) of this cross-body bag is exactly what I was looking for. I didn't want something to cumbersome and heavy to carry. I'm not one to carry a lot of things in my purse...pens, notepad, lipstick, extra car key, kleenex, money and insurance cards...the usual small items. The larger pocket holds more than I expected. The middle pocket is basically a wallet! I love that feature. The third front pocket I use for change, receipts, etc. My mom loved the look of this bag so much, she went back to using her own grey purse! :) Perfect for anyone looking for something simple and functional. I have had this same purse in multiple colors. I searched to buy a new 1 & I found this pretty teal color. This is the 1st time I have had this purse in this color & I love it! The color is so pretty! I love this purse because of the built in wallet. It’s hard to find a big enough purse with the wallet built in. Usually the smeller wristlet purses have them but I need more room. 2 small zip pockets on the outside plus the larger main zip pocket. Inside the main pocket is another small zip pocket & 2 smaller slip pockets. The 1 outside pocket has 6 card slots which is perfect for me! I will continue to buy this purse as long as I can find it. 😍

This is about an inch too short to place my wallet vertically. My wallet has to lie flat to fit, and so my sunglasses don’t fit as it’s not deep enough to place side by side. It’s not a huge wallet, and I wouldn’t be willing to use a different wallet as I’m using the Dave Ramsey cash only method. The zipper is also an issue because it curves around the edges so with you open it all the way it is hard to close again. I can already see the zipper teeth separating at that point. It’s a pretty purse otherwise but I don’t recommend unless you have very minimal stuff to carry. It does have card slots so it’s not necessary to carry a wallet if you only use cards.*Update after using for 4 months, the middle zipper, which I rarely access, is falling apart now.

This bag is as close to perfection as I can imagine! It is small enough to feel comfortable under my seat-belt when driving, or to hide under the seat if I have to leave it in the car for a few minutes; yet it is roomy enough to hold a few reusable shopping bags. It also has few enough pockets that I can find things easily.

It's a small purse but on the larger side with plenty of compartments and card slots. Tougher exterior, won't damage or stain. Easy to wipe with a cloth. The shoulder strap is a little stiff. Hoping that will relax with use.

This purse is not only beautiful with anything you wear but it fit literally everything I need it to! It’s definitely a great buy, i highly recommend it!
