I have tried pretty much everything that is claimed to lower high blood sugar and this works the best for me. Now I only use this one, along with walking, which I have been doing all along.

This suppliment is a good addition to whatever type 2 diabetes medication you are on. I found it does help provide better control. If I over eat on carbs or eat something sweet and test 2 hrs after, my readings are lower than if I had not taken it with that meal. I am a type 2 on oral meds.I don't know about Type 1 or how it may react with insulin.
