yes, at least 4'' to each door.

Q: Is it possible to order one set of additional door hangers? I have three 16" doors that I want yo use instead of two larger doors.

Q: Do you have top mount double bypass door kit?

Yes door kit comes with rail (1) you specify the length. With brackets and rollers bolts etc

Q: I have a 62" opening, what is the minimum width I need to build my doors? Or, what is the overlap I need to plan for?

Do you have casing trim ? I would work from center of the 62'' opening, that is 31'' add 1 1/2'' overlap of each door + the width of the trim,lets say for a example you have 2 1/4 '' trim that's a standard stock size , 31'' for the door + 1 1/2'' overlap at the middle + 2 1/4'' for the casing total 34 3/4'' for you door size. I like to see the door cover the trim.
