Really good. Really quiet
Installs quickly. Has a larger diameter discharge than most pumps so be prepared for that. All in all, this is the quietest pump I’ve ever installed. I suspect it will last a good long time as well

Easy to use
This product works great and is easy to use . No issues using it to pump water from an irrigation canal. Pumps a great amount of water very easily and quickly.

Great quality and value!
Packaged well. Fast delivery. Long power cord. Extra pieces for connecting to different hose sizes. And included a check valve- very nice touch!! Thanks.

Poorly constructed
Quiet but poor construction

Rugged pump
This pump seems well constructed and has operated well since purchased. The float switch seems a little flimsy compared to the cast iron pump housing but so far no problems.

The angle swing should come all of the top of water prior to start.
I replaced the old sump pump with this, the old sump pump was same brand as this, so it made it easy to replace.

Short lifespan
Worked for a month. Now it sounds like it’s going to blow up and kills any circuit I put it on. Won’t stay on for more than a minute.

typical sump pump no bells or whistles
the first one broke after about two weeks, the arm that turns the unit on/off broke off and would not turn the pump on. If my wife did not notice that the pump was not running, we would have had a flood on our hands. Maybe not the pump if you do not have some type of back up system.
