Big, Think Book!!!
First let me say, my dissatisfaction is totally, 100% my own fault. I knew the book was a trilogy and would have three books in one but did not realize how THICK it would be. I read at night when I go to bed and it is almost impossible to hold this book and do that. I will probably end up buying the individual books!! The seller did a good job of mailing in a speedy fashion and the condition of the book was very acceptable. I need to pay more attention to the description next time:)

A collection of very good books
Bought this collection when it was on sale, so it was a great price for three complete books by Wanda Brunstetter. The Kentucky Brothers contains the stories of three brothers who one at a time decide to move to Kentucky to start over. Each story can be read as an individual story, but the second book builds on what happened in the first book, and the third book builds on what happened in books one and two. I enjoyed each story individually and as a grouping.

Absolutely wonderful
I truly will say Wanda Brunstetter is number one on my list of autho'sr regarding Amish life.I not only read these books once, but two or three times. The Kentucky Brothers Trilogy is what I am currently reading and I find it not only interesting to me as I love Amish books, but the spiritual inspiration that Wanda gives in her writings is a true blessing, as it is almost impossible to find books like hers in a public library. I pass them on to others when I am finished and am very thankful that Amazon provides these wonderful books - just keep up the great work, as you spread wonderful authors writings to the world.

Three Brothers, Three Brides
Titus is the shy twin who decided to move to Kentucky after Allen, his brother Zack's friend, told him he would have work for him. He wanted to get out of Pennsylvania because his girlfriend broke up with him. His half-brother Samuel follows him with his children a year later after his wife dies. Then Titus' twin, Timothy, comes with his wife and child to save his marriage. Real family problems and the complications of life are presented thorough these Amish stories.

Nice series
Love the trilogy. Each book would be good on its own, but reading the series as one continuous story really made the characters come to life. I came to "know" and care for each one. I would definitely recommend getting all three and reading them sequentially.

Brothers Love
The 3 brothers that moved to Kentucky were always there for each other and their families. God was shown to have a very real part in each person's life as trust was shown through the many ups and especially the downs. I would recommend this book to anyone that enjoys book about the Amish and the closeness of a large family.I would like to see additional stories continuing the lives of the 3 brothers and their families in Kentucky and the other Christians that were introduced that are English.
