Great activity for little ones
My son is 4 and he loved this book! He is learning how to hold scissors so I had to hold up the paper and tell him where to cut. There are different scenes and activities. He liked being able to cut and paste on his own. He looked forward to doing a page every night.

My daughter is 4, and this has really helped her develop her cutting skills . It also has puzzles, patterns and sequencing practice.

Easy, little prep for working on cutting and pasting
The media could not be loaded. Easy, very little prep involved. About 62 pages of activities for little ones to practice. Seems promising and engaging as it has a lot of variety of images to catch little one’s attention (animals, food, etc.)

Fun exercises teach safe use of scissors
The exercises in this tablet are visually exciting to toddlers. With the guidance of an adult the various exercises teach even toddlers how to use scissors. Each time my grandson visits I allow him to choose 3 exercises in the tablet to practice using his scissors and glue stick. Lots of fun. The lessons use solid lines, dotted lines, zigzag lines, curved lines, etc. to teach scissor cutting. A bit pricey for the size of the tablet.

Great for Preschoolers
This is a great activity to have on hand for your preschooler. My four year old loves to cut and glue. He has been able to figure this out without too much frustration and can even work on it by himself with a kid safe pair of scissors.

Love Highlights products; creates fun while learning
Purchased for our grandson as a Christmas gift along with safety scissors and a glue stick. He seemed interested when he opened it. Should build the dexterity for fine cutting skills.

A great scissor skills book that teaches a variety of skills
My 4 year old is attending preschool, and they have been working on their scissor skills which has caused him to take much more of an interest in continuing his practice at home! I have now bought a few different workbooks for him, and I'd like to share my review for all of them. He was very excited about this book because of all of the different vehicles inside. Features (or lack thereof) include:- different types of scissor skills/activities- vertical workbook- page perforation- no scissors or glue sticks includedWe already have scissors and glue sticks, so that's no biggie. I enjoy the page perforation for easy tearing out of the pages. I like the variety of activities that help teach different skills, including problem-solving! The book is small and lightweight, so that would make it easy to transport on the go. Overall rating: good value and a lot of different scissor activities for children, so highly recommend!
