Q: Is this fleecy or a t-shirt material? and are the drains and tubes visible in the pink- i mean is it too thin? true to size? thank you

Cotton material -more like a t-shirt with a little stretch - cannot see the drains with the pink. True to size. I wear a 14-16 and the 2XL is nice and roomy.

Q: What are the dimensions of the inside pocket

I'm not sure the dimensions, but my 4 drain bulbs easily fit inside them (2 on each side), if that helps.

Q: What is the fabric? What % cotton and what % polyester? Thanks

It was purchased for a relative. The fabric was comfortable- cotton and a polyester blend. It was used accordingly.

Q: Can you use this without tubes? Just the pockets or does it come with tubes?

The drains don't come with the hoodie. The hoodie is just a wonderful, comfortable sweatshirt with inside pockets for placing the drains in which are attached to you after surgery. I loved the hoodie and found it to be the perfect solution to holding the drains while I went through that phase of my mastectomy. It made having the drains easy to deal with and I felt safe with them attached to me because they were being held so carefully in the pockets of the hoodie. Now that I've recovered from surgery, I wear the hoodie all the time. It's still so perfect.
