Middle notes are creamy and end notes offer a perfect bitter essence. (not sour ) just perfectly complex. This honey is great on toast, in tea, over gouda cheese, drizzled on pistachio ice cream and on pizza with fig and prosciutto ham.... just to name a few options! I ordered this unique and delicious honey after seeing it featured on Stanley Tucci’s documentary featuring the foods and culture of Sardinia. What a delight. An interesting and delicious flavor. Wonderful to cook with. Unusual and delightful. And by all means I’ve found my new market for all the best of Italy. The folks at G foods really do a great job at making the best of the best readily available. 5 stars.

My partner and I absolutely love this slightly sweet honey with a hint of bitterness at the finish. Definitely the best honey I have ever eaten that was not just pulled fresh from my late grandfather's bee hive, but my memory is probably a tad biased there.The card was also a very sweet touch.

Fast delivery, environmentally friendly packaging! No plastic to tackle with! Delicious product! A little sugar grains, but in melts in hot tea, & on toast.

This honey is wonderful. The bitterness on the finish complements well with the initial sweetness. I don't really have a sweet tooth, but I appreciated the complexity of the flavors. Jar arrived in good shape on time.

This was expensive for honey that tastes much like supermarket honey. I was disappointed in it. I expected a deeper, more floral flavor.
