Why is it locked, after stating that it wasnt.????
Up to now we cannot unlock this phone,when I ordered it said completely unlocked,I got it for his birthday..he tried to activate it and they won't because it's still locked...I emailed Amazon about this on sunday ,I still haven't heard anything on it .its so frustrating because we trusted that there would not be a pronlrm.still waiting for an answer sd yo how they are going to fix this ..

SCREEN CAME CRACKED.
I ordered this phone for my daughter and was pleased when it came 2 days early, however when I opened it up the corner of the screen came cracked. I'm not going to pay over $300 for a phone and accessories for it to be ruined. I'm pending a replacement at the moment.

Received on time. Basically brand new. Took it to boost and they transferred everything over. In and out with the phone working in 40 mins. Definitely recommend
