A+, i tried some cheaper ones which leaked & kept wiggling loose, i ended up throwing them out. However this YJ works great, does not leak at valve or connection, or wiggle loose. I am not sure if they are low loss, I gotta be careful when connecting/disconnection to pull on it cuz it otherwise sprays more than expected than a low loss (would not expect a low loss to behave that way). This valve was a bit pricey but worth it.

These shut off valves are the best for your manifold. Keeps you from loosing lots of refrigerant and saves your hands and fingers from frost bite. Exceptiona;l product. Wouldn’t work without them.

These valves stop from losing refrigerant when disconnecting from unit and trap refrigerant in hoses no more burnt fingers,I am senior level tech and use them everyday, have had them for about a month now and they work great.

Works well and lets you seal the hose before disconnecting just in case you forgot to close a valve. I know, only a rookie would do that but you would be surprised. Excellent little extra safety margin.

Great product and a must have for any hvac technician. I used to won the longer extended ones but these are much less bulk on the hoses. I chose these over the kind with the hoses with them integrated that way they could be replaced easier and cheaper if something was to wear out or break. I recommend these shutoffs to all hvac technicians!
