Q: There are sticker marks on outside of the glass which cannot be removed by gentle handwashing. Anyone else had this problem? How were marks removed?

Do you mean labels on the base of the glass when purchased? Mine came off easily without leaving any residue but perhaps try some sticky stuff remover? Perhaps message the owner directly as it may be a one off issue?
