If your device supports micro sd. It should work.

Will it work in my Garmin Nuvi3790 ?

In theory yes because this s a standard microSD card so will work in any microSD slot. You just need to watch capacity as some devices have a maximum capacity that they will accept, e.g. 16GB. So check your Garmin device for any maximum capacity restriction. Garmin sell Sandisk microSD cards for their devices and Kingston cards are just as good.

No card even though card is in dash cam and 🚫 sign on sim sign ????

You may have to format the card before it works in a dash cam. I had the same issue buy after formating it works fine. You will get the details in the user manual for the dashcam on what format is required
