Villeroy & BochSereno 4-Piece Serve Set

This is a beautiful serving set. I ordered it for a friend's daughter who chose the Sereno pattern when she got married. You could not beat the price on Amazon and as always it arrived within a few days of the order being placed. Unfortunately, while the box said Sereno, the contents were another pattern, and the package contained no return form. This is quite unusual for Amazon, but we did order it just before Christmas, so a mistake is understandable at that time of year. Customer Service at Amazon was wonderful about processing the exchange. They immediately shipped a replacement set which arrived two days later, and it was the correct pattern this time. They provided me with a return form to print and informed me when the returned set was received. The entire process was handled with great courtesy and promptness. The newlywed is very happy with the set, which is quite elegant, in a contemporary design. Even in their mid-price range, V&B offer a high quality product and appealing designs. I can recommend both the product and, as always, Amazon's service.
