Twin Lab Creatine Fuel, 60 Capsules

I have been using Twinlabs Creatine for many years. I highly recommend it. If Im doing a workout, I can lift more weight, get in more reps. If Im doing physical stuff like splitting firewood, or carrying boxes, etc, I dont tire as easily and get much more accomplished. I trust this brand and product and recommend it

This Twin Lab brand is the best Creatine supplement -- very pure and effective. I am 100% totally satisfiedwith this product and recommend it to people who need to have extra energy and endurance when goingall-out in any athletic endeavor. The muscles love this stuff and don't tire out quickly -- at least around sealevel. I don't know how well it does in the mountains.

Invest in pure creatine monohydrate powder. This is cut with filler. The science behind creatine for beginners is to lad at 25g per day x 5 days, then 5g every day after that. One daily serving of this equals 4.2g, which is under what you need to be taking for optimal results. Also, with 60 capsules in total you would need to take all 60 pills to equal one of the daily requirements for an initial load. Do you want to pop 60 pills?

A great pre and post workout supplement. I am glad that this is a good bargain. As a matter of fact it's great to know that creatine itself is cheaper than whey protein. I would only buy the cheapest good whey protein. I can't wait to get another kind of creatine. This creatine is good for beginners.

There was no increase in muscle mass, it just made me pee more. I did also gain some water weight. Would not recommend.

Well this product may not be good for everyone, but Ilike the results this gives me. I don't think this wise to advise peolple to take any sort of medication, even over the counter.
