3 YEAR UPDATE
Edit: I have had these bearings for about 3 years now. I bought these to use in my rigid orbital sander, the original bearing lasted for about 7 years of use. Unfortunately after just under 3 years of use the first replacement bearing has seized up, as another review stated, the rubber seal doesn't do much to keep dust out as mine is packed full of saw dust. Fortunately these bearings came in a 2 pack so we shall see how long the second bearing lasts. I will say for the $6 price tag these bearings do the job, but I had hoped to get more life out of the bearing. Depending on how long this second bearing lasts I may look elsewhere to buy replacement bearings in the future.The last few times I used my rigid orbital sander I had noticed a lot of extra vibration than normal. This last time I went to use it I couldn't even hold the sander on the board without it feeling like it was going to vibrate apart. I pulled the sander apart and found that the bearing was completely seized. I took the bearing off and went to my local parts store hoping they'd have a replacement. Unfortunately they did not, so I went to Amazon and found this set of 2 for a great deal and with good reviews. Once I received the new bearing and installed it I tried out my sander and it worked just as good as it did when I got it new, I'm really glad it comes as a 2 pack so I will have a spare in the future if the one I installed ever goes bad.
