So I bought this item because I needed a thermometer and I wanted one that was easy to use. Colour coded information great idea. Hilarious when I opened the box. All instructions were in Chinese. The only English was on the box THERMOMETER. No English information at all. Had to guest how it worked

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't complain directly to the company. I ordered the product as it said from Uk and delivery by 18th April. I realise these are tough times but I chose it specifically because of the date promise and disregarded others

This items took AGES to arrive with my daughter, in fact so long I had to source a thermometer from somewhere else.Finally got to see the item this weekend, it is different to the one in the picture and is constantly 1C - 1.1C LOW when compared to a known quality thermometer. It shows my temperature as 35.6C way to low.Utter rubbish.

Took a long time to come, instructions all in Chinese ...and readings are very erratic and seem unreliable! waste of money

Struggled to find a thermometer (in stock) at a reasonable price . Settled for this one with a 3 week delivery. The quality is quite poor although, as far as I can tell, it appears to give an accurate reading. It came with a battery but, as this was actually in the thermometer, it was dead.

No English instructions so useless for non Chinese speakers.

This took along time to arrive. when it did the batteries were dead so it didnt work after replacing the batteries it worked so put in the medicine cupboard needed to use it a week later and the batteries were dead again!! this can be a very expensive hobby if I dont remove the batteries when not in use very frustrating
