Okay, I’ll admit it—when I first heard about lemon juice in a plastic bottle, my immediate reaction was: “Ew. Artificial. No thanks.” But after hearing it recommended on a podcast (and being way too lazy to squeeze fresh lemons all day), I decided to give it a shot. And WOW—I was so wrong!This stuff is delicious. It has the perfect balance of sour, acidic, and just a hint of natural sweetness—without actually being sweet (if that makes sense?). It makes water so refreshing and easy to drink, and even my kids love it!At first, I thought a three-pack was way too much, but now? It’s absolutely perfect because we use it every single day. I add it to every single glass of water I drink, and it’s completely changed the way I stay hydrated. Safe to say, we’ll be ordering the three-pack on a regular basis!

I add this to water to helpstay hydrated. I have problems with just water, the addition of lemon juice is a good change up.I have also been on a protein kick. I mix cottage cheese, with vanilla ice cream whey protein powder, honey, frozen blueberries, chia seeds, and lemon juice, for my lunch at work. It keeps me full for a long time, and is a quick thing to grab out of my lunch bag, spoon down, and get back to the line before the buzzer. This meal has helped me loose weight, and I enjoy my work break a little more, not being so rushed on time using the microwave.

This lemon juice is originally from Sicily, where lemmons are as tasty as they come. We have been using this brand for many years and usually purchase it at the grocery store. The price and convenience of home delivery make the Amazon marketplace and delivery a no-brainer.

I try to drink a gallon of water a day and this helps get me there. It tastes like real lemon and makes my water delicious. Each bottle lasts a long time and I love that this comes in a 3 pack. Much better price than the grocery store.
