Michael Kelly Dragonfly Fretless 5 5-String Acoustic-Electric Bass Guitar

Man, what a wicked bass! She sounds just as incredible unplugged as she does plugged in! The looks are that of an absolute piece art. In response to the reviewer that said it doesn't have an output jack and isn't a true acoustic electric, it's in the strap button on the base of the instrument. The only thing I would suggest is ordering a set of tape wound or flat wound strings, as this is a Fretless bass and and it comes with round wound strings (a no no on Fretless instruments).

I like the guitar as an acoustic. I put nylon wrapped strings on it and I love the way it sounds because it's fretless.However, there is no place to plug in a guitar cable. I didn't notice at first because there is a little electronic module on the guitar. It has a neat little tuning function. You don't need a tuning gadget. It also has a 3 band EQ sort of thing and a couple of effect knobs. But if you want to play it as an electric, you still have to buy a portable pick-up and cable and mount it just like any other acoustic guitar. I feel like I got tricked.
