I bought this essential to make the house smell nice. Evidently its good a masking pets smells. I sprinkle a drop here and there on the rugs and carpet. Its uplifting also.

##### 3.5 MONTHS LATER, UPDATE ##### SEE BELOW ###### BADGERS!?! #####__ DISCOVERED MOLES DO NIT LIKE CASTOR OIL DRIPS EITHER. —Original review august 2023.,…We like many of you (after reading reviews on many items on Amazon) are for the first time in our lives, having to address WILDLIFE INVASIONS this year.My Brain FRAZZLED from reading 1000s of reviews/options available from natural (plants & oils) & homemade concoctions, to 100s of different brands offering all sorts of sprays or traps (humane or not), to electronic plug-ins which either zap insects or emit sounds a squirrel or mouse wouldn’t like. MIND BOGGLING & more so when you’re already STRESSING over UNWELCOME VISITORS.Peppermint kept popping up in my research for INSECTS, cheeky SQUIRREL, Mouse or MICE & the Fear we had spotted a Rat in the GreenHouse under some of the large canvas rubble bags. (Thankfully it turned out to be Henry our Hedgehog, having a daytime snooze in the driest place he could find.)We decided to try Peppermint first as suitable for many of our issues. Extra Bonus, it’s meant to clear your head too, but didn’t hold out much hope for that.Peppermint= i’m now faced with dozens of brands, bottle sizes & even more reviews to read.This FRESHSKIN BEAUTY had many excellent reviews. We Bought 100ml bottle of PEPPERMINT as didn’t know how much we would need or how strong/long lasting it would be. BUT we needn’t have worried.Firstly….. 5* Next day delivery. Incredibly well packed in an easy to re-close (securely) box which fits glass bottle perfectly for storage.The 100ml bottle has a lid similar to those which your pharmacy uses on bottles of medication. Just PUSH DOWN WHILST TWISTING, as you turn you feel a slight bump, if you then release the pressure on the cap, it lifts up & is open.GREAT DRIP CONTROL so far, It doesn’t pour out fast like other oils I use & a little tap on the base to speed up the drips works a treat.Now for our WILDLIFE INVASIONS.SQUIRREL— Climbing up side of house & disappears into the eaves. (Hubby can’t find any gaps on the outside!). Squirrel was monitored returning at similar time each late afternoon. So hubby in attic watching CCTV off wall, on his phone, until he saw squirrel coming up. NO sign of Squirrel coming into attic (or that it had ever ventured into our attic before) BUT until we can find the gap & block SQUIRRELout of the eaves, we don’t want it coming into our attic…50 x damp cotton wool balls each with 2 drops of peppermint oil on, thrown around the whole attic. (Use PLASTIC GLOVES as you don’t want undiluted oil on your skin) 2 WEEKS LATER, Squirrel visits are less often & hubby went up to check & Thankfully No sign of squirrel coming into attic, no damage or poop in attic & he says it ‘still smells like a polo up there’. Definitely has a LONG LASTING SCENT.MICE— I made a spray to use in garage underneath classic car to see off any mice who may chew wires etc.A weaker* version can also be used as a room spray or around windows or doors open to outside.Found Spray MIXX online =1 part VODKA/GIN to 30 parts distilled water (clean catch rain water or buy a 2L bottle on Amazon for under £2. You Can use tap water if you are going to use All of mixture within a couple of days). The high alcohol strength helps the oil mix with the water, but STILL give the Spray bottle a Good Shake Before Use.We started with just 5* drops of peppermint oil to 310ml VodkaWater Mixx, as didn’t want it to be overpowering in the house when I sprayed it (especially with our spots sensitive dog noses). But I added 30 drops of Peppermint to the 310ml bottle of spray for the GARAGE floor to DETER MICE. Hubby swept & cleaned garage floor before spraying MIXX across floor, under the car, under the garage door & on the rubber of the car tyres too. That is over 2 weeks ago & NO new droppings yet. FINGERS CROSSED IT STAYS THAT WAY.INSECTS— We don’t want to kill insects on a fly tape or gas them (& us) with fly/midgie sprays. We aren’t scared of spiders & are both happy to allow spiders to make webs across our open windows to catch the odd fly or moth. But the number of midgies this year over our little pond is insane & they are coming into the house.I resorted to my old faithful OIL BURNER in the hallway, filled the bowl with water & added 3 drops of PEPPERMINT OIL, within 20 minutes of lighting the T-light, a refreshing & uplifting scents was wafting through the whole house. Not a single MIDGIE Bite that night, or any other day that I remembered to light the oil burner.NOW THE HUMANS— I’m genuinely sceptical about many oils & humans, as Lavender has Never ever helped me sleep. (I do use Christmas M&S oils in November to TRY & get my ‘Bah Humbug Hubby’ more festive before Christmas. And I use eucalyptus in the burner if either of us have a head cold, which does help us breathe easier, especially when laying down at night, as the scent is still in the air. But that is it.) I wasn’t looking for or expecting any change in either of us whilst using the PEPPERMINT oil. But I did begin to notice that on the days the oil burner was lit, my hubbys mood was much lighter, he was far less stressed/preoccupied with our Wildlife Invasions. Plus he was even willing/offering to discuss & do some jobs off our never ending DIY ‘TO DO LIST’ & he remained upbeat whilst fixing things. So I have to admit I do think peppermint oil lifted his mood, cleared his mind & improved his ability to focus on other things.Very impressed with all that this oil has done so far. HIGHLY RECOMMEND & will use this seller again. -*-USEAGE, QUANTITY & QUALITY— WITH everything we used the Peppermint oil for (as above) you would think our 100ml bottle would be less than half full after a month…. In fact we have only used 1/4 of the bottle because it is STRONG, BUT NOT OVERPOWERING & HAS A LONG LASTING SCENT.RE: WILDLIFE INVASION. I WILL UPDATE IF ANYTHING CHANGES.#################################################### UPDATE ##### 3.5 MONTHS LATER ######### SQUIRREL = HE STILL HASNT VENTURED INTO THE ATTUC. We are still throwing damp Cotton Wool Balls With a Couple of Drops of this PEPPERMINT OIL on, around the attic every 4-6 weeks. BUT ONLY 20 each time now, as it always smells like a POLO SWEET up there, BUT WE LIKE TO KERP THE SCENT TOPPED UP.#### INSECTS = No longer an issue as most windows are closed,……… BUT……#### HUMANS = …….. I still put some peppermint oil in the oil burner with water, every now & then, as I still think it helps Hubby.#### MICE = STILL NO DROPPINGS IN THE GARAGE. HUBBY IS USING THE ‘SPRAY MIXX’ & WAS SPRAYING GARAGE EVERY 2 WEEKS.. BUT SINCE THE BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER, AS IT STARTED GETTING WETTER & COLDER…. ADDED A FEW EXTRA DROPS TO ‘SPRAY MIXX’ & USING WEEKLY, TO MAJE SURE THEY ARE PUT OFF COMING INTO THE GARAGE AGAIN. (THEY CAN HAVE THE GREENHOUSE & SHED.)#####################################NEW WILDLIFE INVASION AT GRANDMA & GRANDPAS, 1st time in 30+ years. ### BADGERS ### DID YOU KNOW IF YOU SUDDENLY HAVE BADGERS ‘CLAWING UP’ YOUR LAWNS, looking for worms & Grubs, AT NIGHT BEFORE RETURNING TO THEIR HOMES IN THE WOODLANDS BEHIND YOUR GARDEN AS GRANDPA & GRANDMA NOW DO, THERE IS SOMETHING YOU CAN DO.(THEY THOUGHT IT WAS A BUSY MOLE, OR MULTIPLE MOLES UNTIL…. A FOX & BADGER DUO WERE SPOTTED IN THE GARDEN TOGETHER & THEN GOING & CAUSING HAVOC NEXT DOOR TOO. ) ]THEIR NEIGHBOUR PURCHASED & SPREAD ‘LION POOP’ IN HER GARDEN = IT DIDNT DETER THEM.THEN ALL THE MALES IN THE NEIGHBOURS HOUSE COLLECTED THEIR URINE & POURED IT AROUND THE GARDEN= THAT WORKED……. UNTIL IT RAINED! THEN FOX & BADGER DUO WERE BACK!( Sadly during that time……Grandpa & Grandma’s garden was getting ‘clawed up’ even more.) I WAS still RESEARCHING OILS again & DISCOVERED “CITRONELLA OIL” was a BADGER DETERRENT.ORDERED 2x 100ml CITRONELLA FROM FRESHSKIN AGAIN……( I don’t know why but I can’t leave this review on the citronella product I bought from FreshSkin.) So I am writing it here, as IT IS another WILDLIFE INVASION! And we bought & used FRESHSKIN OIL again, and I just hope it helps you too.#1) GRANDMA & GRANDPA TRIED SONIC PLUG-INS IN OUTDOOR PLUGS NEAR HOUSE.#2) PLUS PURE NEAT CITRONELLA OIL DRIPPED ALL AROUND LAWN TO START WITH…. THAT LAWN WAS NOT DISTURBED AGAIN……#3) SO MORE DRIPS, covering lawn plus extra garden, the FOLLOWING WEEK…. (BASICALLY SLOWLY WALKING AROUND GARDEN WITH ONE BOTTLE IN EACH HAND & SHAKING/DRIPPING NEAT PURE CITRONELLA OIL every 3-6 Foot AS THEY WALK.)#4) F.Y.I. = When it rains, Grandma says it actually makes the citronella smell increase again … so perfect time of year Tackle this problem & to do this,#5) THIRD WEEK ‘DRIPPING WALK’ , ALONG BOUNDARY WITH WOODLAND. NOW…….NO MORE ‘CLAWED UP’ TURNED LUMPS OF GRASS & ROOTS.(Still going into neighbours though.) In my humble opinion:-This is lovely, high quality Lavender essential oil at a bonkers Conkers low price!It compares equally to oil from big name brands at literally 6x the price!Some other customer Peeps seem confused by the safety warnings on the packaging…This IS a natural product but as an essential (volatile) oil it’s flipping potent.Do not apply it undiluted (dilute with a carrier oil as per instructions included duh 🙄 ) to your skin and don’t drink it! Rocket science it ain’t, Amazon sells books (it’s how big Jeff started off) ….. maybe up your game and read one before potentially hurting a good, honest business!The Lavender oil is fab… I’m 😴 like a baby and the moths are steering clear of my woollens x

Lo cercava da molto tempo l'ho trovato un concentrato puro di Patchouli e devo dire essenza al 100%.Con una bottiglietta siete a posto per un bel po' di anni.

Finde das es süßlich, leicht erdig, warm und rauchig riecht. Faszinierender Duft. Gefällt mir sehr gut. Immer wieder gerne! :)

Preiswert und dennoch genauso gut wie andere ätherische Öle. Mein Parfum riecht schön erdig...ich bin zufrieden!!! Kann es weiter empfehlen.
