No. This is refillable from a larger bottle and replaces a cardboard juice box.

Q: Is this new style hard for kids to open?

To my kids, it was difficult (8 and 4). Never used them.

Q: What are the actual dimension/size in inches of this product? The images do not make this look like 7.6 x 4.6 x 14 inches as stated in the description

The 8 oz drink box is about 5" tall. The 12 oz is about 7.5" tall. The dimensions listed are in the shipping information - must be the size of the packaging.
