Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not offer just one of these but we did create a single folder with all of the same information and more incorporated into the folder. It is under our Groomers Margins brand. We call it our Puppy to Dog Health Folder. It incorporates every piece of information in the product you are referencing but is in folder form to allow you to keep your import at paperwork in one place.
