Good product, but not sure about whether it was new or not.
I like the unit, but I bought it as new and it looks used or previously opened. The packaging was abused and dirty and smudged. Very disappointed in that.Probably would not buy from this dealer or manufacturer again.

It aerates well. However it drips, even when you are careful and slow to stop pouring, it will usually drip on the counter.

It's a little messy
When done with the pour and bringing the bottle upright there are always little dribbles of wine that spill out of the top and down the bottle. I have to set the bottle on a napkin to soak up the wine so as not to make the counter top messy.

Good for wine bottles it can fit into, not flexible for all wine bottles
The neck of the aerator is not flexible (made of hard material) so it fits only some bottles.For the bottles it works with its great. But because it cannot be used everywhere, its a problem.
