Lenox Bellina Bone China Platinum Banded Sugar Bowl

Ordered this china place setting, brand new and reasonably priced, in ample time for a wedding shower, then held my breath hoping it would all work out. My confirmation said it was ordered from The Taylor Outlet. A shipping notice came quickly from "What's in the Bag." I called, confused about all the middle-men, and learned that "Taylor" and "Bag" were one in the same. A very courteous man told me that he had added extra padding to the Lenox packaging to ensure safe arrival, and even included tissue paper to dress it up for gifting! It arrived in three days and in perfect condition. Thanks, Amazon, and KUDOS to The Taylor Outlet/What's in the Bag--a very caring vendor! The bride is happy, too!

I ordered four sets of the 5-piece place settings. They arrived in approximately one week in two large boxes. Three of the four sets had only cosmetic issues, red and blue marker and slight black scuffs from the factory which can easily be removed. The fourth set however, had multiple minor flaws, chips on the base of the dinner plate and saucer, a defect in the silver on the front of the butter plate, and a dark spot on the rim of the saucer. While the defects may seem small or insignificant, Lenox is renowned for their quality and would never allow these pieces to leave the factory as first quality pieces. As I paid for first quality pieces I am upset that one set is second quality.

This is an exquisite piece. My wife enjoys her Irish tea on weekends. Nicely proportioned for a "larger" cup of tea. Larger by international standards, not by US half-gallon coffee cups.The first item supplied had a flaw in the rim (a crack covered by glaze). Return and replacement of a flawless piece was the easiest and fastest have ever experienced through Amazon.

I really like it. I can't find any defects or anything. I have several other lenox accent mugs and like them all.

Bought as extra dish to match china I already have. Smaller than I was hoping but none the less a beautiful pattern.

These were bought for my son and daughter-in-law's 20th wedding anniversary. We had already given them a set of white bone china dinnerware so these were a perfect add-on that complimented the set and fit into that anniversary's designated gifting.

Beautiful amazing dishes and also as a set. I also love the fact that they are American made and of great quality. Not to forget give amazon credit for having great prices on this china.
