The ordering and shipping process went well. The bags take some getting used to. I had to soak them in warm water to be able to slide them open and wash them before use. I purchased them for sous vide cooking. They are larger than I had expected and I just wish the bottom would expand more so they would stand up on their own when filling and drying. I may use these more for freezing and storing food and then get a different type for sous vide now that I've done some trial and error. They seem to be of good quality and as described.

If this is a bag you’ll be opening regularly, I don’t recommend buying this. Opening and closing the bag can be pretty tedious with all the resistance between the plastic closure and silicone. This may not be a issue for the smaller bags, but it’s not too fun with the gallon size. Also the bag is quite bulky and picks up particles on the outside very easily.

Closure is brittle hard plastic. Threw away one bag over the Closure breaking. Second is cracked but still holds. Silicone reusable bag is great 👍

I bought these hoping to save the environment by reusing them. I am sad to say they are a waste. The plastic closure slide is fragile and when it cracks, they no longer seal. Mine cracked after just two uses. You have to lubricate the slide with oil to get it to open and close.Then you have slippery bag and you have to clean it before putting it away. They are not the easiest to clean.

I liked that the product was easy to use. It was a bit difficult to separate the two sides but after that was easy to use, And the advise that you add a bit of cooking oil (any kind) to the area that the clip slides on is invaluable as the first time user of this product might want to return it due to the difficulty with the slide clamp.

The slider piece broke after 2-3 uses, now past the return date so I'm just going to throw them out. They're finicky, hard to clean, and very buoyant so they're hard to submerge. I would recommend you NOT get these, and I'm going to keep looking for better ones that'll last.

This product is absolutely useless for sous vide. Don't waste your money or time like I did, trying to make it work. I'm in pretty good shape and it was virtually impossible to seal, unseal the bags.
