Hi,the size of this photo album is 28CM x Width 27CM, internal self-adhesive page length 27CM x Width 22CM, 20sheets/40 pages, this photo album can hold 80 6x8 photos. If you want to store more photos, we also provide other larger size photo albums.

Hi, i paid £15.99 for this item, i am a prime member, i have requested a refund, why am i only receiving £12 back?

If the item was faulty by law Consumer Rights Act 2015 you shouldn't have had to pay return postage. If it wasn't faulty, the seller probably makes a charge to try and recoup some costs or to discourage what they'd call timewasters. Best to make it clear BEFORE starting to return an item whether you're returning because it's faulty.
