Q: How do I make it reverse? Gets stuck a lot and continuously picking it up because I can’t figure out how to make it back up.

Hi Andrew Reibold. If your spider gets struck, please press the left and right buttons together at the same time to make it spin/reverse when it’s stuck with obstacles. Thank you.

Good spider

This was one of my 3 yr old daughter favourite Christmas presents. She plays with it all the time. Its fast its a bit creepy in fact funny thing was my daughter was a bit creeped out by it at first despite asking for it. Took her a good hour to finally pluck up the courage to pick it up. Then that was it! Played with it all day.

Great item only lasts a week or two though 😐

This toy was brilliant! Bought it for my 5 year old but both my 7 year old and 2 year old also loved it and super easy for them to use. Unfortunately it stopped working just under 2 weeks of use 😪. Changed batteries several times and lights go on but still does not work. Gutted. Also outside my return window as bought before Christmas for a present.
