Do these have a microphone, can i talk on phone calls with them?

I brought some and they don't have a mic or no one can here me

If your iPad doesn't have a USB C port, these earphones won't work. Apple and Samsung peripherals tend not to be compatible unless you can find a suitable adaptor.

is it compatible also with MacBook?

As long as the mac book has a USB c type port it should work
