Flat area of bass drum
Such a shame to have to return this kit, but a flat side of the bass drum renders it useless. By the looks of the box and the fact that this kit has been off the market since 2015 I should not be surprised that the kit has issues. This is why it's CRITICAL to store wooden musical instruments in a temp/humidity controlled environment. Obviously this set was buried in the warehouse and made available for sale. It's a shame that it was not stored properly because I would have loved this set.
