Yes, these wi;; help with the sores and blisters that are caused sheets rubbing on the heels. I had that problem and used these booties to get relief. Thee booties do tend to slip off the foot easily when you move around in bed. Sometimes I used medical tape to make the bottie a bit tighter (avoid attaching the tape to skin to avoid more skin problems.)
