Neither. Methyl, fill in the blank, is the latest marketing buzz word. This formula has the form your cells will actually use. 5 years from now "methyl" will be old news and a new form will be the fad.

Q: Just took this for the first time - i have never tasted anything so bad -ever! I will try with oj tomorrow. any other suggestions?

I use Cran-Grape juice. It is strong enough to mask the taste. I have been taking it for over a year and it has made my hair look thicker and not as much is falling out when I wash it. I can tell the difference within a week if I run out.

Mine is brown colored?? Make sure it says Premier Research Labs Max B-ND Probiotis Fermented Vitamin B complex. I know they have other products that look similiar..
