Yes you can view the camera from where ever you are from your phone, for live streaming you will have to make sure that the is connected to WiFi at home so that you can view it from phone on blurams app

Q: What is the ip rating for this cam, can i use it outdoor and did you get the outdoor lite 3 dome?

Then one I got is for Indoor and does not have an IP Rating.

Bad picture quality

It’s really bad camera. I was expecting better color quality of the camera. Picture quality is very bad. Not recommended at all. Your advertisement shows completely different image than actual picture quality. This is misleading your customers.
